Empathy is described as the ability to be aware of and
understand the feelings and needs of others.
How Understanding others gets results
This course will help you to take a measure of your ability to show
an interest in others, to listen to them and to ‘feel their feelings’.
You will find out how to tune in to non-verbal cues and ‘read’
people better.
The five study sessions will introduce you to the key concepts of empathy.
You can assess your current level of empathy and tap into a range of
practical techniques to help you develop your skills.
When you complete your course you can download a LifeSkills Certificate of Completion – a great addition to your qualifications and your CV!
