This privacy policy applies to our website at www.jobsite-learning.com. It tells you how we collect information about you via this website, what we use it for, with whom we may share it, what rights you have and whether it may be transferred outside the European Economic Area (‘EEA’).

How we collect information

We will collect information about you when you register with us online to use any course or any other products or services available via this website.

We will collect information about you when you complete any online forms appearing on this website from time to time.

We keep a record of site statistics about use of our website, but not in a format that identifies any individual.

Cookies

Cookies are small text files which are transferred from this website and stored on your computer's hard drive. They enable a website to “remember” who you are.

We use session cookies to identify and track users who enter the secure areas of our site. Session cookies are deleted when you close your browser. We share anonymised statistical data about browsing behaviour with our technology partners, as well as channel partners who promote our online learning products.

We will not share your information with any other organisation except in the following circumstances:

If you purchase products or services via this website, any credit or debit card details you supply will be passed to our payment provider (currently WorldPay) and your card issuer.

We may share your information with our group companies or channel partners so they can provide any products or services to you that you request.

We may allow third party providers and contractors who supply services to us or who process information on our behalf incidental access to your information. We will ensure that they keep your information secure and do not use it for their own purposes.

You have the right to see any information we hold about you on payment of a statutory fee, which is currently £10.

You have the right to rectify any errors in information we hold about you and to change or correct any details you have already given us. Please inform us about changes to your details so that we can keep our records accurate and up to date.

Transfers outside the EEA
